An Inviting Cottage
Located among the cool tall pines of the Everett Peninsula on Eagle River’s chain of lakes, this charming two-bedroom, two-bath summer cottage includes a full kitchen, living/dining room, and a spacious screened-in porch that overlooks Catfish Lake and its evening sunsets.  Beautifully furnished and located minutes from downtown Eagle River, you will find tennis, hiking, fishing, biking, boating, golf, shopping, restaurants and the Nicolet Forest all within a short drive.

A Serene Setting
The lovely landscaped grounds, replete with flowers and a fountain, offer several private spots for reading or deer watching, while the boathouse deck welcomes sunbathers and swimmers. The shady hammock on the banks of the lake and the seven wooded acres invite guests to relax in the quiet serenity of the cottage property.

Premier Fishing
Eagle River is a destination for anglers from all over the country. This North Woods community proudly offers a proportion of lakes to land found nowhere else in the world. You will find world class musky, walleye, northern, bass, trout and a variety of pan fish. Burchmoreland Cottage is located on the desirable "chain," connecting twenty-eight of these premier fishing lakes.

We are located next door to Hi Pines Recreation, a professional guide service, (www.hipines.com) noted for its success in knowing where fish are biting and in catching them. They provide lures and tackle, or you can, of course, bring your own favorite fishing gear.

We provide excellent dockage for your boat as well as space inside our boathouse for your tackle and gear. There are a number of bait and tackle shops minutes away for your convenience.
